I made it back from my trip to Massachusetts in one piece. I'd really rather not have come back at all, actually. I had way too much fun with my family and also seeing just how beautiful New England is, even in it's transition period from winter to spring. It's interesting that in all the times I've been there (which is quite a few,) we've never really taken the time to explore much of the area around where my family lives. I suppose that's because they've lived there their whole lives and why in the hell would they want to see what they see all the time, right? But I'm glad I badgered them into it, because MAN we had fun and I got some excellent pictures. I didn't expect to get as many as I did, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and uploaded them on my computer and found out that, hey, they weren't all crap. Amazing.

I've had a lot of fun editing the shots I've posted lately, even if I don't get a lot of :+fav:'s off of them, I don't really care. I'm proud of them. They make me happy. Every time I look at them I remember what a great trip I had. I guess when it all comes down to it, that's what matters, right? Of course, if you're trying to make it in this business, that's not REALLY all that matters, but for now, it's good enough.
